Tenor DXi is a fully functional PCI Express x1 Adapter Card-based VoIP switch and gateway, supporting 1 or 2 T1/E1/PRIs, that allows application developers and ISVs to easily offer a single box solution for VoIP-based applications, such as those for Unified Communications, IP PBXs, call centers, conferencing, etc.
Tenor DXi is O/S independent, thus allowing it to be integrated into a Linux or Windows-based system.

The DXi integrates SIP gateway functionality and provides the interface between the VoIP application and the enterprise’s telephony network, including the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), via T1/E1/PRI spans.
Integrating the VoIP application with VoIP necessities such as the gateway, SIP proxies, and IVR capabilities, in a single server platform, reduces the total cost of ownership and simplifies deployment.
